No Return Policy

All service-based work is non-returnable once the project has started or access has been provided.

No Refund Policy

Payments made for services are non-refundable once:

  • Work has started

  • Resources have been allocated

  • Strategy, design, or development has begun

This includes advance payments and milestone payments.

Digital Products No Refund / No Cancellation Policy

We sell digital products — once you download the files, you instantly get full access. That’s why we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

  1. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

  2. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the product is delivered.

  3. If you face any technical issue (corrupted file, download error), we will assist you within 7 days of purchase. This does not count as a refund.

  4. We reserve the right to update this policy anytime. Please check this page before purchasing.

Project Cancellation Policy

If a client decides to cancel a project:

  • Before work starts → Refund may be considered after deducting processing charges

  • After work starts → No refund will be issued

  • Completed or partially completed work will be billed accordingly

Domain & Hosting Services

Domains and hosting are governed by the policies of our official partners (such as Hostinger).

  • Domain purchases are non-refundable

  • Hosting refunds depend on the provider’s money-back policy

  • GreenSpice acts as a reseller and cannot override provider rules

Digital Products, Courses & Software

  • All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Once access, license, or download is provided, refunds are not possible

  • Please review product details carefully before purchasing

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment was made by mistake

  • Service was not delivered at all

  • Technical error occurred from our side

All such cases are reviewed individually and final decisions rest with GreenSpice Technologies.
